This globally revered business in the luxury sector has created this brand new opportunity for an experienced HR Operations specialist to take ownership of all things employee lifecycle, policy and process. A strategically involved People team, service levels are extremely high and as such, the business buys in to the team really well - you will be joining a super positive culture and the team which drives that.

An operational role in all senses practically, we are seeking someone who can also plan strategically as there is much that is to be implemented and improved upon. This person will get the autonomy to deliver on their ideas, with an inspirational HR Director there to mentor and guide them along the way. A chance for someone who has worked within a lead HR Operations role before, or a passionate HR Coordinator of HR Operations who is confident/ready to take the next step on their journey towards leadership.

The devil is in the detail with this role - data, compliance and rock solid policy and process will all be led (and in some cases created) by this person so it's a cracking role to make your mark.

Key duties will include:

  • Ownership of the day to day practical leadership of all HR Operations and employee lifecycle functions.
  • Leadership of the front line data, compliance and onboarding operations, devising new strategy and process for a busy, fast paced organisation.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders internally to forge relationships and influence the benefits of process and systems evolution.
  • Ownership and management of UK Payroll process, including complexities with bonus and commission payments.
  • Deliver a first class customer service to the business where all lifecycle queries are concerned.
