  • Managing a team of 2 to 3 HR Administrators
  • Experience with HR Service Delivery to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR operations
  • Overseeing the HR Information System to ensure accurate and timely reporting on people metrics and facilitating employee and manager self-service
  • Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Performance management processes
  • Providing advisory and administering support for employee relations cases and employee enquiries
  • Managing relationships with key HR vendors
  • Leading special projects and operational initiatives
  • Supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization
  • Maintaining a high standard of HR service delivery
  • Designing and implementing HR policies that align with the company's goals and legal requirements
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Coordinating training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills
Responsibilities

Streamlining and improving HR processes by developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

Desired Experience

Previous experience with managing a small team, Success Factors is advantageous.
