We have a 12-month contract for an experienced HR Operations Manager, Payroll, Benefits and HRIS, within financial services.
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for the delivery of all operational HR activities relating to UK and international payrolls as well as benefit renewals and administration and HRIS system management, including process improvements, reporting and annual audits.
Some of the responsibilities of the role include:
- Responsible for the effective running of the UK payroll, including a detailed reconciliation and review of monthly payroll data for third party management.
- Review new starter administration with regards to the Company's pension scheme and pension arrangements.
- Run the annual renewal of all benefit schemes and oversee monthly administration of medical and travel benefits.
- Be the subject matter expert for HR systems, Oracle, Workday and ADP, and the first point of contact for all system queries.
- Work with the HR Analyst on all annual system updates, including leave adjustments.
- Assist Head of Reward & HR Operations with HRIS improvement projects.
- Responsibility for annual audits.
- Management of the Payroll Analyst.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager that has included Payroll (ADP) & Benefits management and HRIS Management in the Financial Services sector.
- Knowledge of payroll processes in multiple international locations.
- HR Systems management (Workday)
- Good interpersonal, client relationship and communication skills
- Able to build positive and respectful relationships at all levels across the organisation
- Good judgement and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
