The Organisation

Our client is an international insurance firm with c.3500 employees in multiple jurisdictions who have been working on some big projects in the HR team.

They have a strong emphasis on developing their employees, employee wellbeing and ensuring that all employees feel heard.

The Role

  • This is a maternity leave cover role for 12 months.
  • Responsible for ensuring everything is in place to meet regulatory requirement from a "People Data" perspective.
  • Implementing the relevant processes to drive compliance within the HR function.
  • Covering multiple regulatory regimes from the UK Data Protection Act 2018 / UK GDPR, EU GDPR, Bermuda PIPA and US privacy laws.
  • Working closely with the Privacy Management team to ensure a cohesive approach across the organisation whilst ensuring the HR functions requirements are met.

Your Experience

  • You will come with experience of working in or with an HR team.
  • IAPP CIPP/E and/or CIPM qualifications will be required.
  • Professional services experience is required.
