Your new companyYou will be working for a marketing firm in Central London.This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 1-2 days per week with the remaining days as WFH.Your new roleYou will be working as a HR Process Manager for an initial 4 month period however there is potential for this role to extend.Some duties will include:

  • Process Design and Implementation: Create and implement HR processes, including (but not limited to) onboarding, training, employee engagement, vacation management, performance reviews, and offboarding, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Utilization of Rippling HR System: Leverage Rippling's capabilities to optimize and automate HR processes, ensuring the system is used to its full potential.
  • Control Development: Establish and implement controls to ensure HR processes and policies are accurate, compliant, and continuously improving.
  • Testing and Validation: Test HR processes and policies thoroughly, identifying and addressing any issues before full implementation.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies to support the company's values, compliance requirements, and best practices. Regularly review and update policies to reflect legal and organizational changes.
  • Compliance and Legal Alignment: Ensure all processes and policies align with local employment laws and regulations, minimizing risk to the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of HR policies and processes, making necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR Generalist role where you have improved processes.
