£38.50ph (Inside IR35) + holiday pay An exciting opportunity for a year contract with the leading SaaS company, a true trial blazer. We are looking for an experience HR Program Manager to oversee and manage a critical HR program, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the HR program from start to finish, ensuring all processes are compliant with UK employment laws.- Develop and implement a clear communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the process.- Provide guidance and support to managers and HR stakeholders on procedures and best practices.- Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure all legal requirements are met.Qualifications:- Proven experience managing HR programs and collective consultation processes in the UK- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulations.- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Slide and HR software Workday.Preferred Qualifications:- CIPD qualification or equivalent.- Experience in Technology
