My client has experienced rapid growth and have some amazing plans for the next 12 months. I'm recruiting for a skilled HR Project Manager to work closely with the Director of HR. This is a 12 month FTC to lead on multiple projects looking at everything from costing, reporting, liaising with the Executive team to branding.

Description

  • Develop and maintain robust project plans, identify concerns, and provide key insights.
  • Assist with project delivery and spot inefficiencies and duplication's, proposing effective solutions.
  • Manage areas of interdependence and overlap, mitigating potential issues.
  • Create efficient status reporting processes for executive and board presentations.
  • Embed good risk management practices, including risk registers and governance frameworks.
  • Educate teams on identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks.
  • Drive effective project management and delivery.
  • Motivate support for change management practices and identify future internal change champions.

Profile

A successful HR Project Manager should have:

  • A solid background in HR and project management
  • Confident in contributing to executive and board-level discussions and guiding senior stakeholders
  • Previous experience of working in a regulatory environment
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage and oversee HR projects
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
