Robert Half are pleased to announce we have partnered with an exciting and growing Financial Services firm who are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager.

This is a standalone and hands on role that works closely with Senior Management to help achieve and exceed HR business objectives.

THE ROLE:

  • Developing, monitoring and implementing people management strategy.
  • Develop and implement group HR policies and programmes.
  • Ensure all HR policies are up to date and comply with legal regulations.
  • Fostering and improving the workplace culture and employee experience within the business.
  • Performance management.
  • Directing change management and organisational development.
  • Managing HR spend.
  • Handling Employee Relations.
  • Ad-hoc projects/administration tasks as they arise.

THE PERSON:

  • A people's person who is passionate about HR and keen to get stuck into a meaty, standalone role.
  • Excellent communication, analysis, observation and decision making skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR Law, recruitment, performance management, rewards & recognition and the impact of HR policy on the business.
  • Proven experience and success in a similar role.

DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES:

  • CIPD level 5 or above.
  • Knowledge of the Investment Market.
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar HR role.
