Position: Human Resources Manager

Location: Chelsea

Full-time- Monday to Friday

Permanent Salary: £55,000 per year,

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations whilst maintaining the Hotel Brand in a traditional, unassuming, and appropriate manner
  • The Hotel Brand is to be understood, projected, supported, and implemented throughout all operations
  • Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and oversee performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and team members
  • Resolve employee relations issues and mediate conflicts, promoting a fair and respectful work environment with the support of an external HR service provider
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge- approx 170 employees
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance the overall employee experience

Requirements:

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in human resources level 5 or above.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in the field of Human Resources with management experience.
  • Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite
