Handle are working with an iconic media agency to bring on an interim People Director to their team.

Reporting directly into the SLT, you will be responsible for leading a first-class People function that serves the needs and ambitions of the business. This includes working operationally to support the team on the ground and acting as a trusted team lead that can confidently manage the small team as the business goes through a period of change. Operating at both a strategic and operational level, this is a role where you can really make your mark and elevate the business and its people offering.

The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach to work with a 'roll your sleeves up' attitude, ready to connect your work with the wider people strategy around DEI, culture, values, and the commercial business plan. You will have strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, and have demonstrable experience supporting with complex ER issues. Hybrid working is available, but they are quite an in-office org, so you'll need to enjoy and see value in office days!
