I am urgently seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager with a focus on learning and development for a membership organisation based in East London. The role will initially be for 4 months, starting ASAP and will pay a rate in the range of 285 to 350 per day through an umbrella company. This is a full time, hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office.
Reporting to the Director of HR, you will be responsible for 2 HR Advisers and to lead,
develop and design learning and development opportunities for staff, playing a leading role
on performance management and ER as well as being responsible for recognition awards.
The ideal candidate will have: -
- Full membership of the CIPD
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment Law
- Experience of managing a team and leading a learning & development function
- Experience of leading on HR projects from inception to completion, restructures and reviews
- Experience of managing payroll
