A global not-for-profit organisation are looking for an Interim HR Operations Manager with the potential to go permanent. The role is to support in building the HR infrastructure, leading on HR operational activity. The role is to partner with the business and to work closely with building credibility and relationships, to implement HR best practice. The role offers hybrid working and is based in London.

Description

An Interim HR Operations Manager to:

- Support on building the HR infrastructure

- Oversee the effective management of global HR processes and policies

- Support on the implementation of people initiatives

- Manage the full employee lifecycle

- Provide advice and support on performance management

- Provide support on ER casework including disciplinaries and grievances

- Offer operational HR advice and guidance to the wider business to implement HR best practice

- Build and develop relationships with the organisation, and embed your credibility

- Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures

- Act in a business partnering capacity to the wider business to provide solutions and stakeholder management

- Lead design and delivery of the annual performance and salary review

- Drive engagement and performance

- Provide insights and data to inform decision making

- Support managers with their resourcing strategy and talent pooling

- Long term support with implementing a HR Business Partner model

Profile

An Interim HR Operations Manager with:

- Strong HR Operational knowledge with some partnering experience

- Strong initiative and ability to get stuck in

- Previous experience working in an organisation during a period of change

- Experience within the commercial sector, such as FMCG desirable

- Global experience desirable

- Previous experience working in a fast pace organisation
