Office & HR Manager£40-50,000Hybrid Working - 3 days office

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a startup tech company in the West End. A small company of around 15, established for around 8 years, providing software to financial institutions on a global basis. The team is rapidly expanding and currently we they are looking to recruit an Office & HR Manager to join their team. This role is broad and diverse encompassing a blend of finance administration as we as operational and HR process.

Below is a sample of what you will be doing:

  • Manage company's day to day finance process, producing invoices for financial services and software, reconciling accounts v contracts and running monthly payroll forecast updates
  • Review VAT return
  • Act as main point of contact for clients' procurement office
  • Record and manage office spend and budgets
  • Oversee office supplies and building maintenance
  • Develop and improve admin processes
  • Plan company's event calendar and organise large client events
  • Coordinate hot-desking in office
  • Provide admin support to leadership and commercial teams
  • Develop and implement HR policies
  • Maintain employee records
  • Oversee employee lifecycle - including recruitment, onboarding, induction, retention, training and off boarding
  • Liaise with external HR consultant
  • Implement and promote diversity and inclusion policies
  • Handle employee relations and address issue to ensure positive working environment

The right person for this role will have previously worked in an office manager or HR manager role and will have some finance administration experience.

Salary will depend on experience
