Based on a Two-Day week, you will join the company in this new position and closely manage and help to preserve the structure and veracity of the workforce as the business evolves. You will be encouraged to form professional and meaningful connections at all levels of the business.

You will report to and advise the board of directors. Some of your core duties will include, but not limited to, managing, maintaining, updating and implementing staff policies, maintaining the company HR systems, organising CPD’s, staff trainings, learning and development, employment administration, staff inductions, and more.

Ideally you will have 5+ years’ experience in HR, with at least 2 years’ in personnel management.

The role offers a competitive salary and a degree of flexibility between office and remote working.
