We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits to lead the payroll operations, and oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefit programs.Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the payroll process in collaboration with the outsourced payroll bureau, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee payroll, including bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Support to develop and implement competitive compensation structures that attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation practices align with industry standards.
  • Lead on annual pay review process for all UK and Head office-based employees.
  • Support on the re the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension providers, and wellness initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend benefits providers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for employees and the organisation.
  • Communicate benefits offerings to employees and provide guidance and support regarding benefit enrolment and claims.
