Meraki Talent is partnering with a leading investment management firm to recruit a Payroll Manager on a permanent basis for their London office. This role reports directly to the Head of Global Payroll Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for the APAC region, with some UK payroll responsibilities.
  • Manage relationships with Finance, IT, HR, Benefits teams, and external payroll vendors.
  • Support the organisation through an upcoming payroll system transition and process improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality, adhering to company policies.
  • Deputise for the Payroll Lead when required, ensuring smooth payroll operations.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience managing APAC payroll within a global organisation.
  • Background in a large corporate environment.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
