Your new role
- Manage UK payroll for 3000+ employees.
- Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing and compliance.
- Enhance payroll processes and handle RTI reconciliation.
- Oversee tax, NIC liabilities, and pension contributions.
- Produce reports and manage payroll-related queries.
Annual Payroll:
- Handle bonus payments, promotions, and benefit updates.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Oversee P11D's, P60's, and PAYE Settlement Agreements.
Team Management:
- Lead and develop a team of 4-5 payroll specialists.
- Conduct weekly meetings to ensure task completion.
What you'll need to succeed
- CIPP Qualified with excellent payroll knowledge.
- Experience managing a payroll team and processing manual payroll.
- Proficient in SAP and ideally Workday.
- Strong numerical skills and leadership abilities.
