Payroll Manager - Luxury Hospitality Group - Mayfair

£50,000-£53,000 per annum plus annual bonus

We are seeking a meticulousPayroll Managerto oversee payroll operations across our UK entities, ensuring seamless, accurate, and compliant payroll processing. This pivotal role demands precision, efficiency, and discretion in managing payroll cycles, statutory requirements, and employee remuneration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Oversight- Manage end-to-end payroll across four entities, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Compliance & Regulations- Ensure full adherence to tax, National Insurance, pension contributions, and national minimum wage requirements.
  • Employee Relations- Provide clear, professional support on payroll inquiries and statutory payments.
  • HR & Finance Collaboration- Maintain up-to-date employee records, oversee salary sacrifice deductions, and align payroll with company policies.
  • Reporting & Analysis- Prepare detailed reports for senior management, HMRC, and pension providers.
  • Innovation & Compliance- Stay ahead of payroll legislation, implementing best practices and system enhancements.

About You

  • Proven experience in payroll management, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferably within hospitality)
  • Experience with processing software and systems (Fourth and Dayforce advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and communication skills.
  • Passion for the luxury hospitality.
