Meraki Talent is partnering with a leading investment management firm to recruit a Payroll Manager on a permanent basis for their London office. This role reports directly to the Head of Global Payroll Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for the APAC region, with some UK payroll responsibilities.
- Manage relationships with Finance, IT, HR, Benefits teams, and external payroll vendors.
- Support the organisation through an upcoming payroll system transition and process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality, adhering to company policies.
- Deputise for the Payroll Lead when required, ensuring smooth payroll operations.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience managing APAC payroll within a global organisation.
- Background in a large corporate environment.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
