People Change Manager, Change Manager (NPPV2)

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and experienced People Change Manager to oversee the execution and implementation of people focused change strategies within the organisation. This role will involve guiding the business leaders through policy interpretation, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the process, managing people related changes such as restructures and reorganisations

Rate - £630.00 outside ir35

Location - London - Hybrid working

Duration - 6/12 Months with the potential extension

Clearance - NPPV2

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of people related change strategies, partnering with business leaders to ensure clear communication and effective policy interpretation

- Develop, maintain and refine policies, processes, and tools that support people related change ensuring they are algined with business objectives and comply with legal requirements

- Manage the full life cycle of people focused change initiatives, including restructures and reorganisations ensuring that business goals are met while maintaining compliance, managing industrial relations and mitigating risks

- Oversee displacement and redundancy process when necessary, ensuring that they are handled in accordance with applicable legislation

- Drive continuous improvement efforts with the HR Function to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and alignment with user needs and organisational goals

Key Skills

- Proven experience within managing people change initiatives which include restructures and reorganisations

- Strong understanding of HR Policies, employment laws and industrial relations

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced dynamic environment

- Excellent communications and leadership skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement and collaboration
