Our client are a well known lifestyle brand looking for an experienced People Manager to join them.
This is a generalist HR role where you will oversee a wide range of HR disciplines, with a focus on employee relations , policy & processes, and day to day operations/ways of working. You will line manage and mentor 2 reports and contribute to driving change and efficiency within the team and champion equity, diversity & inclusion initiatives
The People Manager will be commercially minded and understand the requirements and challenges in order to provide full generalist HR support to all employees in the support functions with some cross over with the retail population too.
You are commercial and practical, with proven experience supporting people processes in a growing, fast-paced business.
