Reed HR are looking to recruit a People Manager on a fulltime basis for a London based Charity 

Hybrid - 3 days in the office, must have extensive ER experience 

Key Responsibilities and Duties Providing business partnering support to senior managers and Directors to ensure the HR team meets service and business requirements. Providing end to end HR support including employee engagement, disciplinary, grievance, change management and recruitment support (where required), working closely with managers in the service delivery and central team. Managing the TUPE, integration and administration of new services as and when required. Monitoring performance management and development of policy and processes to ensure staff objectives are aligned with the overall organisation objectives. Developing and delivery of people strategies, and practices, which enhance the employee experience, including leadership development and career pathways for staff. Management of health and well-being provision including clinical supervision for staff, ensuring provision is appropriate and effective. Developing, reviewing, and updating of HR policies in accordance with the policy review schedule, Develop HR toolkits and resources for line managers to support policies in practice. Progressing diversity and inclusion agenda and action plans, working with and through ED&I champions from across the organisation.Manage the payroll processes by working closing with the HR Advisor. Keep up to date with employment law changes and advise managers on policy changes as needed. Management of HR data, Dashboard, analytics, and HR systems and development of systems in conjunction with the HR Officer, to ensure they are fit for purpose and delivering added value to the organisation. Working with external data protection officer to ensure policies and procedures relating to GDPR are up to date, arranging training and coaching for staff and managers as necessary. Work closely with the Director of OD and HR on initiatives/HR projects to develop the culture and embed values and competency framework, to improve people capability within the organisation.
