Our client, a well-known lifestyle brand, is seeking an experienced People Manager to join their team.
This generalist HR role focuses on employee relations, policy and processes, and day-to-day operations.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000.
The People Manager will mentor 2 reports and drive change while championing equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
This role provides hybrid working options and is set within a fantastic working culture and team environment.

This is a generalist HR role where you will oversee a wide range of HR disciplines, with a focus on employee relations , policy & processes, and day to day operations/ways of working. You will line manage and mentor 2 reports and contribute to driving change and efficiency within the team and champion equity, diversity & inclusion initiatives

The People Manager will be commercially minded and understand the requirements and challenges in order to provide full generalist HR support to all employees in the support functions with some cross over with the retail population too.

You are commercial and practical, with proven experience supporting people processes in a growing, fast-paced business.
