People Operations Manager

Location: West London - Hybrid 

Temporary: Immediate start

Duration: 3-4 months

Hourly rate: £30 p/h

Role Overview: Our client have engaged us to support them in finding them a People Manager who can join the HR team on a temporary basis to support with the day-to-day people operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Employee lifecycle processes
  • Provide employment law and HR advice to senior leadership team
  • Support with Employee Relations cases 
  • Support with HR strategy projects
  • Manage recruitment, contracts, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and rewards

Requirements:

  • HR Management experience 
  • Previous experience at manager level with an excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Knowledge of Employee Relations, contracts and policies 
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
