- Building and maintaining positive relationships on both the UK domestic and international markets with key recruitment sources including school counsellors, service providers, alumni, local representatives/agents, and other commercial partners
- Attending roadshows, school visits, and local events to increase awareness and market share in the UK higher education landscape
- Representing the organisation at on-campus and external recruitment events both locally and internationally
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of recruitment plans according to key performance indicators and providing weekly and monthly recruitment reports to stakeholders including senior management
- Managing the leads pipeline through the CRM system and ensuring timely follow-up
- Managing a team of Student Ambassadors to support the delivery of the Recruitment Plan and Events
- Supporting the admissions process with relevant tasks delegated by the Admissions Executive, from initial application to enrolment
- Assisting with the processing of received applications submitted via the direct application system or other application platforms
- Distributing applications to different campuses and keeping track of all records
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates with timely and professional correspondence
- Implementing recruitment activities according to the Annual Recruitment Plan and delivering the required volume of recruited students with support from the Recruitment Manager
- Organising and coordinating logistics for all programme-related events and fairs, including information sessions, thematic webinars, local and international university fairs, open days, and other recruitment events
- Minimum 12 months experience in a recruitment role
- Previous experience in higher education within the UK
- Ability to work hybrid
- Work related travel throughout Europe
