As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a Billing Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic business, contributing to the building phase of a fairly new division specializing in technology on the contract side of things, bridging the gap for our clients across our other disciplines, which are:

The Role:As the lead of this new team, you will inhert over 200+ runners as you join, oversee the performance of recruitment consultants, specializing in the Technology and Contract recruitment space. You will be responsible for driving the recruitment process, managing client relationships, possess an effective Business development strategy and lead your team to success by delivering results that align with our growth objectives.

Experience within Data, Cloud/AI, Software engineering or have a network of contractors specialising in any of the main tech verticals, please read on..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of recruitment consultants, focusing on Technology and Contract recruitment.
  • Develop and manage key client relationships to drive new business opportunities and repeat business.
  • Ensure your team meets and exceeds individual and collective billing targets.
  • Be hands-on in recruitment, sourcing candidates, and placing high-quality talent.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with our UK and US office expansion plans.
  • Mentor and train junior consultants, helping them grow their careers and achieve high performance.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, both candidates and clients, to ensure you have access to the best talent and job opportunities.
  • Drive compliance, best practice, and a results-oriented approach across the recruitment team.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on Technology and Contract recruitment (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong billing track record, demonstrating a history of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Previous management or leadership experience within recruitment is essential.
  • In-depth understanding of the Technology recruitment market and contracting space.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to lead and manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and proactive, with a passion for achieving recruitment success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment and contribute to our expansion plans.
