Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Utilise various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Talent Acqusition or In-house recruitment
  • Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment best practises
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Working Conditions:

  • This is a temporary position based in London for 6 months, with a possibility to go permanent
  • Expected to work full-time hours
