Job DescriptionJob Duties:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Utilise various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Talent Acqusition or In-house recruitment
- Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment best practises
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Working Conditions:
- This is a temporary position based in London for 6 months, with a possibility to go permanent
- Expected to work full-time hours
