Our client, a leading law firm with a strong reputation for culture and employee development, is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their collaborative team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
About the Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, the successful candidate will manage recruitment for partner level hires. Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Executive Committee to manage end-to-end recruitment for partner level hires and strategic recruitment plans
- Acting as key contact for partner candidates and liaising with senior stakeholders within the business
- Developing and implementing attraction strategies for candidates and promoting best practices across the business
- Supporting the onboarding and integration of new hires
- Managing relationships with key recruitment agencies regarding strategic needs
Job Requirements
You will have previous end to end recruitment with senior hires in an in-house environment, ideally in a professional services environment, and a demonstrated ability to build excellent relationships both internally and externally. This role will suit a self-starter looking to take a leadership role within a supportive environment.
