We are working with leading full-service international firm who are seeking an experienced and proactive Resource Manager to join their busy and growing Operations Team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Team Leaders, Group Leaders, and other stakeholders to drive efficiency, support career development, and optimise resource allocation across their Insurance and/or Commercial Groups.

Reporting to the Senior Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning client needs with business objectives while supporting our firm's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resource Allocation: Oversee the daily deployment of lawyers to various matters, ensuring optimal utilisation and alignment with business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Group Leaders, finance, and senior management to enhance operational efficiency and agility.
  • Career Development Support: Partner with HR and leadership to support individual performance and career aspirations within the group(s).
  • Data and Insights: Monitor resource availability, track performance metrics, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Contribute to fostering an inclusive workplace culture that values diverse perspectives and experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a resource management or workforce planning role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
