Frazer Jones is pleased to be exclusively partnering with a dynamic Investment Firm to hire a Reward Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping their future. They are a rapidly expanding investment management firm with a global presence across three key geographies. Following a recent significant acquisition and with further M&A activity planned, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Reward Manager to join their collaborative and high-performing HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR and working alongside a team of five, you will be instrumental in harmonising and integrating their reward strategy, ensuring it aligns with their ambitious growth plans and evolving business needs. You'll be joining an organisation with an impressive and inspiring leadership team, and a flexible, supportive culture.

This is a standalone role with a broad remit, encompassing all aspects of total reward, including compensation matters, employee benefits, and payroll (a mix of in-house and outsourced). You will be a key partner to Finance and the wider HR team, driving strategic reward initiatives and ensuring their reward philosophy supports their values, purpose, and performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

-M&A Integration: Lead reward harmonisation and integration projects resulting from M&A activity.

-Compensation Management: Manage the year-end compensation round, including benchmarking, salary reviews, and bonus modelling.

-Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits management, administration, vendor management, and renewals.

-Payroll Management: Manage both in-house and outsourced payroll processes.

-Share Scheme Management: Administer the company share scheme.

-Job Architecture: Ensure our job architecture remains fit-for-purpose and evolves with business growth.

-Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIP): Design and implement LTIP strategies.

-Recognition Programs: Introduce and manage effective employee recognition programs.

-Policy & Process: Develop and implement effective communication, supporting documentation, and robust reward processes.

-Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to drive reward initiatives.

-Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytical skills to generate insightful reports and data-driven recommendations.

-Alignment: Ensure the reward philosophy is aligned with the business's evolving values, purpose, and performance management process.

You should be highly analytical and detail-oriented reward professional with a proven track record in a similar role for a small to medium-sized business. You should be comfortable working independently and possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to secure stakeholder buy-in to effectively drive reward initiatives and projects. The successful candidate must be proactive, solution-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong experience in total reward management is required, including compensation, benefits, and payroll. It's a bonus if you have proven experience in M&A reward integration.

Expertise in share scheme management and LTIP design would be helpful but it's essential you have excellent analytical and data reporting skills. The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects is a must, with commercial awareness and a driven, proactive approach.

The role will pay £70-85,000 plus a competitive bonus. They also offer a flexible and collaborative work environment with an impressive and inspiring leadership team. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing business and contribute to our continued success. There is also the opportunity to grow with the business and the possibility of future equity. If you're interested in this role and would like more information, please apply and contact Nick Arnold at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search in the Reward, HR Tech and Analytics market.
