Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager

A leading London law firm is seeking to hire a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a fabulous HR team, reporting into the Chief People Officer and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm’s compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programmes.

  • Salary £90,000-£100,000 per annum
  • Working hours – 09:30-17:30
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days remote

The Key Responsibilities of the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager:

  • Manage and proactively review the reward strategy of the firm required
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external providers, particularly during renewal periods
  • Work closely with the firm’s payroll manager and those supporting the diversity and inclusion work
  • Provide support to the HR Business Partner team for the design, implementation and delivery of annual salary reviews and bonus processes
  • Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to support the firm’s commitment to promoting wellbeing
  • Maintain an annual calendar of wellbeing events to create an environment where employees feel valued and supported

Skills and Requirements of the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager:

  • The successful candidate must have previous experience of working in a compensation and benefits role within a law firm, or other professional services firm
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical and statistical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to manage time efficiently
