This is a unique opportunity to lead complex employee relations matters while supporting a dedicated team of business partners and advisors and contributing to impactful projects that shape the future of employee relations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on employee relations and employment law issues.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies that comply with legal requirements and best practices.
- Upskill the HR business partners and HR advisors on employee relations matters.
- Lead and support complex investigations, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Advise on high-risk cases and mitigate potential legal risks related to ER matters.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- CIPD Level 7 Qualification and a Law Degree would be highly desirable.
- Post qualification experience in UK employment law, ideally in an in-house Employee Relations role.
- Proven ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build robust relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of European employment law would also be desirable.
