International firm seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager with strong operational and team management focus. This is a great opportunity for someone to work in a global environment, across several geographical offices and ensuring the recruitment needs are being met to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver on the recruitment needs to the highest level, ensuring best practice is adhered to.
- Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of recruitment practices and the firm's needs
- Demonstrate a strategic approach and an ability to influence senior executives and fee earners and assist in the delivery of the firm's recruitment strategy.
- Demonstrate proven success and approach with regards to direct sourcing
- Have a strong focus on DE&I commitments to continue to attract and a source a strong and diverse pipeline of candidates.
- Manage the relationship with all third party suppliers
- Proactively manage the recruitment budget
Ideally the successful candidate with come from a professional services background, possess excellent team and people management skills and be an outstanding communicator who is able to influence and lead both the team and stakeholders.
