Senior Recruitment Manager

Leading UK law firm housed in a stunning office location in London is hiring a Senior Recruitment Manager on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. Within this role you will take the lead on the operational and strategic recruitment for both Fee-Earner and Senior level Business Services Recruitment.

  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Senior Recruitment Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate as an experienced legal talent acquisition subject matter expert
  • Proactively manage senior business-critical or sensitive roles
  • Support the implementation of AI driven tools
  • Lead efforts in direct talent sourcing supporting the team in utilising available tools and platforms
  • Champion and support evolution of interview frameworks and recruitment best practice

Senior Recruitment Manager Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment or Senior Recruitment Manager at a law firm
  • Proven experience with implementation of new processes
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing
