HR Support is collaborating with an award-winning and innovative London law firm to find a Reward & Benefits Manager for a newly created role, reporting to the London HR Director. The position is hybrid, with 2 days in the office.

This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager to take on increased responsibility, scope, and engagement by leading the firm's Reward function.

The candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, the payroll manager, and the wider HR team to manage the firm's compensation strategy, enhance their benefits offering, and support their Wellbeing program.

Candidates should have strong Reward experience gained in-house within professional services (preferably in a law firm or similar). This experience should include a broad mix of Compensation and Benefits, along with designing and supporting effective Wellbeing initiatives.

The salary is competitive, and the firm has a reputable standing as both lawyers and an employer.
