We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team and support clients in implementing and optimizing SuccessFactors solutions, with a particular focus on the EC Time Off or Recruitment Manager modules. As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting with clients, configuring solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Implementation:
- As a SuccessFactors Consultant, design and configure SuccessFactors solutions, within the EC Time Off or Recruitment Manager modules primarily.
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live of SuccessFactors solutions.
- Ensure SuccessFactors configurations align with industry best practices and compliance standards.
Client Consultation:
- Engage with stakeholders as a SuccessFactors Consultant to gather requirements, address business challenges, and recommend tailored SuccessFactors solutions.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and training to showcase system functionality and advise on best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on how the EC Time Off or Recruitment Manager modules can be optimized for client needs.
Configuration and Support:
- Configure SuccessFactors modules according to client needs, including data migration, integration, and customization.
- Troubleshoot complex configuration issues, offering immediate support as a SuccessFactors Consultant during and after implementation.
- Document all configurations and provide comprehensive knowledge transfer to client teams.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the SuccessFactors solution functions as intended.
- Identify and resolve defects quickly, ensuring a smooth deployment of SuccessFactors configurations.
- Continuously monitor system performance, recommending ongoing improvements as a SuccessFactors Consultant.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant, with specific expertise in the EC Time Off or Recruitment Manager modules.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical SuccessFactors solutions.
- Experience in full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, and data migration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, essential for a SuccessFactors Consultant role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules is preferred but not mandatory.
- Collaborative approach, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively.
