My client are an award-winning PR and Communications agency who are looking for their first internal hire for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their global People & Culture team. You will be setting up a new TA function across EMEA as an individual contributor, so must have experience is doing so previously. This is a "roll up your sleeves" kind of role, so you must be willing to do everything from direct sourcing to building strategies.

As a business passionate about technology, this person must be a strong relationship builder, data-obsessed and tech-savvy, with experience hiring in European countries (particularly France and Germany) as well as hiring within the PR/Communications or technology industry.

Duties will include:

  • Full cycle hands-on recruitment across the EMEA region
  • Strong ATS systems experience, Greenhouse preferred
  • Experience building strategies across EMEA regions and aligning with global leaders
  • Champion employer brand and create new ways to attracting top talent
  • Lead all interview processes, creating positive candidate experiences and delivering interview training internally
  • Partnering with hiring managers and leadership across multiple offices, coaching and advising
  • Analyse recruiting data to identify areas of improvement

You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently in an autonomous position. This role will have no line management and will report directly into the Head of People. They have fantastic offices in the City of London where they require 2 days a week in the office, but flexibility if needed more.
