Our client is a global scale up tech business based in the City of London.  Due to continued growth and changes in the business they are looking to recruit a standalone Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team reporting to the Head of HR Operations.

A Hybrid role (3 days) paying up to £80,000 you will be responsible for working with the leadership team and heads of department and be responsible for the recruitment of open roles within the business on a global scale.  (Please note this is a standalone and you will be managing the process not people)

You will be responsible

  • Work closely with the Head of HR Operations Manager and Heads of departments on the smooth recruitment of all open roles within the business on a global scale, UK, US, APAC and EMEA
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans that align with business goals, focusing on both immediate hiring needs and long term talent pipelines
  • Manage the full recruitment process from stakeholder meetings, sourcing, offer and onboarding processes (with the HR team) ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to deeply understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Utilise innovative sourcing methods to find and engage talent, building strong relationships with top professionals in the industry
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights on workforce trends, benchmarking, succession and market trends
  • Ensure a seamless, engaging and personalised candidate experience from the first touchpoint through to offer
  • Work closely with the PSL (if needed) to secure hard to fill talent and support the business on the reduction of agency dependency
  • Champion the EVP employer brand, leveraging storytelling and marketing strategies to position them as an employer of choice
  • Collaborate across departments, from HR to Marketing, to elevate the talent initiatives and create unified campaigns
  • Drive DEI initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring diverse representation in candidate pools
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor hiring strategies and talent availability to inform business decisions
  • Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of strategies, providing regular updates to the leadership team

Experience needed

  • You will have ideally worked for a global scale up business in a standalone talent acquisition role
  • Strong communication, sourcing, organisation and technology skills
  • You will have recruited across a range of functions including, corporate, Tech, Sales, Customer Success and specialist skilled areas
  • Global experience is a must also, you will have recruited in the UK, US & APAC and understand the trends in them locations
  • Strong social media skills to support the companies EVP and attraction needs
  • Outstanding stakeholder management 
  • Workable Systems experience would be ideal but not essential
  • Ability to handle multiple senior roles at anyone time and have up to 15 live roles
