They have a dedicated compliance team, leaving you to be able to do the job you love.THE ROLE:Leading a team of recruitment consultants, you will have responsibility for client development, however, the main remit is to drive the growth of the division forward by adding to the headcount and developing the client base. You will be tasked with managing, coaching, mentoring and motivating your consultants, helping them develop existing and new clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be developing business strategies, be responsible for setting KPIs, and targets and looking after budgets.
