About the Company

An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a Benefits & Wellbeing Manager to lead the team and work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver the benefits and wellbeing strategy.

About the Role

The role will entail:

  • Manage and administer London benefit and wellbeing programmes
  • Work with the Global Director to design and implement the firm’s benefit strategy
  • Propose new innovative benefit packages
  • Liaise with third party providers
  • Line management of two people
  • Oversee programme of wellbeing events
  • Work with communications to promote programmes
  • Budget management
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Oversee UK and international payroll
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a global reward function and an understanding/experience of running payroll. Experience of Peoplesoft is highly advantageous and you will have preferably worked in professional or financial services.
