An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a Benefits & Wellbeing Manager to lead the team and work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver the benefits and wellbeing strategy.
About the Role
The role will entail:
- Manage and administer London benefit and wellbeing programmes
- Work with the Global Director to design and implement the firm’s benefit strategy
- Propose new innovative benefit packages
- Liaise with third party providers
- Line management of two people
- Oversee programme of wellbeing events
- Work with communications to promote programmes
- Budget management
- Produce monthly reports
- Oversee UK and international payroll
- Manage relationships with stakeholders
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a global reward function and an understanding/experience of running payroll. Experience of Peoplesoft is highly advantageous and you will have preferably worked in professional or financial services.
