Responsibilities:

?? As a Workplace Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting clients, providing personalised assistance, and guiding them throughout the office
  • Organising meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared for meetings
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and office space
  • Being the go-to person for office-related questions
  • Utilising the workplace system to monitor and restock office supplies
  • Coordinating with couriers and managing office restocking
  • Communicating with external suppliers to address maintenance or repair needs, including plumbing and plant care
  • Regularly updating the staff on office-related matters, processes, and departmental objectives

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
