Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their team at the forefront of transformation within one of the UK's most complex financial markets. This contract role offers the chance to influence key business transformations across technology, regulation, and process improvements, making a significant impact on the organisation's mission. Initial 6 month contract role with the likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive organizational change related to people, processes, technology, and new ways of working.
  • Analyze stakeholder groups and manage engagement to support project delivery.
  • Develop detailed change impact assessments and effective change interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure alignment with the Change Delivery Framework.
  • Support the resolution of people-related risks and contribute to the development of change management frameworks.

What You Bring:

  • Extensive experience in delivering organizational change across various frameworks (waterfall, agile, Prince2, DevOps, PROSCI).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
