We are seeking an ER Case Manager for a remote position with site visits, offering a 6-month contract.
The salary for this role is £500 per day, classified as inside IR35.
Candidates must have experience in business as usual (BAU) as well as handling redundancies, settlements, restructures, TUPE, and ER change.
Field site experience in managing ER cases is essential, with a requirement to visit different sites two days per week.

Key Responsibilities as an ER Case Manager

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders in navigating complex ER cases for optimal business outcome.
Review risks from legal, financial, and public image viewpoints.
Deliver responsive ER solutions nationally.
Mentoring and coaching of the HR advisor

Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

Experience in BAU but also redundancies/settlements/restructures/TUPE/ ER change is essential!
Field site experience managing ER cases - Must
Happy to do 2 days per week in the field visiting different sites - all travel expenses and accommodation paid for
