Package: £30-35K Basic Salary - £50K OTE Year 1, £80K OTE Year 2 and £100K Year 3

• 2:1 or above at Degree Level from a red brick university

• Researching and mapping out your chosen market
• Working closely with the Partners to develop in your role
• Interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with existing and new clients
• Networking
• Negotiating
• Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
