Macmillan Davies are supporting our not for profit client in recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor - Employee Relations focused. This is a permanent position

You will have sound experience of managing and bringing to a successful conclusion on high level/complex ER matters

Location - Barons Court

Salary £35.000 - £39.000 p/a

Working pattern - 3 - 4 days a week on site

Essential Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years HR and ER Advisor experience ( this isn't a step up role)
  • Notable experience of employee relations, including, sickness, performance management and dismissal
  • Experience of leading on ER cases, from start to finish
  • Experience of up-to-date UK law and legislation essential
  • Dealing with a high volume of cases (15 - 20) as a guide
  • CIPD qualified
  • Start Date: ASAP

Please note you must be working at a HR Advisor level and be comfortable with 3 - 4 days a week on site
