Job Title: HR/ Recruitment Administrator
Reports to: Head of HR Operations
Job Location: Remote working with flexibility to be office based once a week (North London)
Contracted Hours: Full time Monday- Friday 9-5
Job Purpose
Provides professional administrative support to the HR Operations Team, undertakes data input as required, and maintains personnel records accurately and securely.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the HR team, providing a full range of HR support services to ensure the team maintains a professional and effective response.
- Support the HR Advisor (Recruitment Lead) with recruitment, including job evaluation, posting roles, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and onboarding activities.
- Manage the HR Operations inbox, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Assist with pay and benefits administration, inputting personnel data into HRIS (iTrent), and undertaking relevant actions on iTrent to maintain accuracy, including payroll and contractual related activities.
- Maintain appropriate paper and related records, including updating personnel files, casework tracker, and HR Overview, ensuring records are compliant with relevant legislation and document management policies.
- Process probation-related documentation to ensure payroll is accurately updated.
- Contribute to work and developmental projects undertaken by the HR Team.

- Experience of working in an administrative capacity within HR
- Experience of working within a recruitment environment
- Experience of the use of HR Information systems (preferably iTrent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Works accurately and with attention to detail
- Demonstrable commitment to collaborative teamwork
- Demonstrable commitment to inclusive working, ensuring equality and valuing diversity
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and workload management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience working with confidential information and ensuring information is maintained in accordance with GDPR
