- Assist in recruitment coordination, and other administration around the recruitment cycle and right to work checks
- Supporting the wider HR team on duties across the employee lifecycle from onboarding, holidays and absence, through to exit interviews and offboarding
- Championing the HRIS, updating employee data and driving system optimisation
- Produce ad hoc reports on HR metrics such as holidays and sickness
- Manage benefits administration and liaise with external brokers
- Support with early careers recruitment and talent programmes for the firm
- Support with wider ad hoc HR projects
- 2-3 years’+ HR experience is essential
- A professional services industry background is a plus
- Demonstrable passion for HR (work experience or extra studies in a HR field etc)
- Experience working in a busy environment and managing changing priorities
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented individual
