Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.

We have an opportunity for an experienced and organised Administrator to join us and provide efficient and customer-focused support to our busy HR team. Working closely with the Head of HR Operations and the Senior HR Advisor, you will also work with the HR Advisor in areas such as recruitment and L&D administration. This role is the first point of contact for HR queries and will cover administration duties across all areas of human resources.

CIPD qualified, or actively working towards a CIPD Level 3, you will have a proven HR background, ideally generalist, and the ability to use and administer a computerised HR database. First class communication skills are essential, along with a strong team ethic and good knowledge of equality and diversity in the workplace.

We currently offer the opportunity to work at home for some of the week (depending on the role).
