Reed HR are working with a Charity based in North London to recruit a HR Administrator on a full-time, Permanent basis. Salary circa £32750 per annum. This job will operate on a hybrid working model with some days worked both in the office and from home each week.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and organised Human Resources Administrator to join and provide efficient and customer-focused support to a busy HR team. Working closely with the Head of HR Operations and the Senior HR Advisor, you will also work with the HR Advisor in areas such as recruitment and L&D administration.  This role is the first point of contact for HR queries and will cover administration duties across all areas of human resources.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must:

  • be CIPD qualified, or actively working towards a CIPD Level 3,
  • have a proven HR background, ideally generalist,
  • have the ability to use and administer a computerised HR database
  • be numerate as you will be dealing with payroll queries and collating information for reports.

 A good knowledge of equality and diversity in the workplace as well as excellent communication skills are essential.
